Return Policy
Order
Cancellations-
Cancel order
requests must be made prior to the item shipping. Once Shipped, all cancelled orders
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special ordered items cannot be
cancelled.
General
Return Policy-
Returns
will be happily accepted within 10 business days (less
shipping and handling). You must obtain a valid RMA number
before sending any products back. Returns will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. All returned items must be returned undamaged and unused
in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping on returned
items unless defective or our shipping error. Special orders cannot
be returned.
Bodykit
/ Hood Return Policy-
We carefully
inspect all items prior to shipping. All body kits are sold "as-is".
Body kits may require modification and fitting. This is normal with
fiberglass parts. We recommend that you consult a professional for installation
prior to purchase. There is no "cooling off period" once a
body kit order is shipped. NOTE:
Due to the high shipping costs associated with bodykits we do not accept
returns or exchanges. All Sales Final.
Lost
and Damaged Items-
All parts
are inspected before shipping. Lost and Damaged Items by shipping must
be reported to UPS and emotionGarage within 3 business days of delivery.
Prices
listed on the site do not include shipping.
Actual
shipping rates will be determined at time of purchase.
Shipping charges include handling and insurance.
Obtaining
an RMA Return Number-
Fax us a
copy of your original invoice. Include a detailed description of the
reason for return and a contact number and email. Our Returns Department
will contact you with your authorized return number. Write this RMA
number clearly and visibly on the outside of the package.
